I booked a comfort room for two nights with a nice breakfast buffet included. The hotel should be cleaner and needs renovation. Some necessary items were missing in the room to enhance comfort during the stay.
The hotel is modern and clean, lacking some room amenities like tea/coffee facilities, water, minibar, and safe, leading to a somewhat uncomfortable stay. The receptionist was disappointing with a disrespectful attitude.
Upon arrival, the hotel had a very strong smell, but it was quiet and provided excellent WiFi. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a kettle, teas/coffee, or bottled water, and they definitely need redecorating and new furniture.
